Business Analytics

CEO View-Panel

eKEPLER's Analytic Tools provide insightful information to support strategic and operational decisions. Our management analysis tools provide relevant information regarding sales, credit, collections, payments, financials, and budget analysis. These tools allow you and your staff to retrive relevant information on a daily, monthly and yearly basis. Our tools will allow you to get a full insight on your customer's trends, sales and purchase preference. Our financial analysis, will provide information to rapidly identify trends and critical variables to obtain a full overview of your organization.

Our tools can provide relevant information on a general overview, and using our drilldown technology you will be able to analyze in detail every transaction regarding your sales, purchases, AP, AR, items or journal vouchers created.

Financial Management

eKEPLER ERP Financial Management will assist your company in all financial transactions.

A. General accounting

The entire operation of your company will be reflected in the administrative and accounting areas.

The transactions are configured with all the accounting specifications, so purchases, sales, receipts, etc., create the journal voucher needed to support the financial transaction.

From this module you can keep track of all your accounting, journal vouchers, budgets, project budgets, and view on-screen consulting and reports such as financial statements and journal entries.

Provides a Cash-Flow Analysis and Financial Indicators, which provide valuable information on the financial situation of your company.


B. Fixed assets

The fixed assets module of eKepler ERP will manage the depreciation of all fixed assets in your company. It calculates the depreciation on a monthly and yearly basis and creates the appropriate journal voucher in accounting.

This module will also help you in managing all existing fixed assets in by handling information such as the purchase date, the tax cycle and original value, current location as well as annual and monthly depreciation.


C. Budget

Our budgeting module will allow you to view and compare any current year budget to previous years. eKEPLER can track budgets using ABC budgeting, this will allow your company to create and manage budget by project, department and concept.

Budgets can be handled annually or monthly depending on your needs.


D. Project management

Our Project Management module will help you not only assign and control budgets and expenses, but will give you a full overview of your current financial project status. This module will help you manage any expense, purchase or work done inside your company that is assigned to a particular project, allowing your to cerate rules for future invoicing customers on any transactions done by your company on a certain project.

Our Project Module is directly linked to the rest of the ERP, so you can view information such a as, inventory used on a certain project, any AP or expense assigned to a certain project, allowing you, not only to track any detail that happens in any current or past project, but also keep an accurate Project Income Statement that is traceable to any activity or item purchased.


 E. Treasury

This module will track all the bank transactions that occur withing your company. Our bank reconciliation will allow a quick and easy process to find any missing transactions in your bank or accounting statement. Our module will allow your to import this informacion from the bank statements TXT or CSV files.


F. Credit and collections

With the integration of eKepler ERP, all transactions are linked with each other, so any sale creates its own account receivable, inventory transaction and journal voucher when needed.

Using this module the company can manage the sales and account history of any customer. Any collection, credit, advance payment, etc.. will have it's own screen inside the module.

The data analysis tools will allow your company to view any information regarding your customer's portafolio, due balances and verify any detail transactions by various reports, including customer statements, billing, sales statistics and customer balances among others.


G. Accounts payable

Accounts payable are automatically generated as a result of any purchase made. Likewise, payments will link automatically to their respective accounts payable.

Through the module the company can manage information from suppliers, their transactions and create any type of statistics as well as check their due balances. This module will also create any check or wire transfers to pay of any AP transaction.

Operations

A. Sales

Using the sales module of eKEPLER ERP your company can manage and control all your sales process, from quotation to a potential item returns. Orders can be referenced with specific delivery dates, as well as automatically be production requirements.

1. Electronic invoicing

The electronic billing module complies with the provisions of Annex 20 of the SAT 2.0 Mexican Government specification. The module issues, controls and safeguards all of the CDFIs invoices, returns, credit notes, bearing letters) and it will issues the required report request by the SAT as well as send by email any XML, PDF and HTML files. Our electronic invoicing module is fully integrated with the rest of the ERP modules, allowing the company not only to fully manage the electronic invoices, but integrate them to the business process.

2. Point of sale

The POS will manage all the sales process from opening to the closing of each cashier. The system allows opening multiple cashiers and multiple branches, it supports barcode and is fully integrated with the rest of ERP.


B. Purchases

The Purchasing module helps you track and view the whole purchase process, from purchase orders to possible item returns. Because it is linked to the accounting and inventory module, each time a purchase is generated, the software created the necesary transaction in the inventory.

With the integration of eKEPLER, this module is fully linked with the accounting area, creating for every purchase  a journal voucher and an AP is created.


C. Payments

This module will allow the company not only a full control and overview of every payment or expense issued to any supplier. It will also allow the company a full control and overview of a ABC Budget control if necessary.

Inventory Management

Our Inventory module will allow you to manage your item master and inventory. eKEPLER ERP is multi-warehouse and multi-branches. Inventory transactions are registered automatically as they occur on the sales, purchases, exits, other entries and transfers.

Any item can be configured by batch control, serial numbers, barcodes, size, model, color and storage locations. You can also manage and control the import/export process of any item.

All the sales and purchases statiscs of every item in you inventory can be obtain per month and year. Our physical inventory module will allow the company to easilly manage and correct any difference within the inventory. You will be able to analyze any trend to improve planning and avoid shopping or sales shortages.

KEPLER EPB

eKEPLER ERP is fully flexible to meet your current and future needs. Our ERP is build using our own business application tool that allows the company to tailor every report, screen and business process to meet their needs. It fully integrates with third-party technologies, allowing your company to operate on mobile devices, interact with webservices and any other IT infrastructure.

From an organizational approach eKEPLER allows full control and management of all your staff organization, as well as training, career planning, wedge, commissions, vacations, shifts, resumes, etc. All this
fully integrated with the rest of our ERP solution, therefore allowing the company not only to fully manage all aspects of the HR planning, but also integrating this with daily activities such as sales process, production planning, etc..

B. Payroll control

The payroll will provide a full control in all aspect regarding the MX tax and legal requirements, such as overtime (double and triple), delays, absents incapacities, bonuses, vacations, savings fund, etc.  Each of these concepts are fully configurable, giving you a complete control over new concepts as well as adjusting the existing ones.

The payroll module, is directly linked to the rest of the ERP, allowing you to have a complete work flow and information analysis in real time.

MRP

With eKEPLER MRP software, you can review your full production schedule on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The Material Requirements planning module tracks your company´s manufacturing orders, customer orders and purchases orders as well as forecasting each one of them.

When a sales order becomes a production requirement, the software helps you manage the production process down to the smallest detail from Bill of Materials (BOM) to inventory management and floor control.

Using our MRP solution you will be able to keep track of all operations in your shop flor, logistics, production, planning and scheduling. In addition you will realize, how easy it is to manage and keep track of lots and serial numbers. Tracking work hours and productivity is easy with the MRP direct link to HR, and you could easily get very detailed calculations and other statistical reports, which take a long time to create on by hand solutions.

Any sales statistic can be generated daily, monthly and yearly.

A. Business planning

The Sales Management module allows the company to analyze and define budgets for each of the sales executives inside your organization. You can review their performance and generate any statistic at any moment, without having to wait for the end of the period.


B. Sales executive

Define budget per sales executive and track their performance over time. This module is directly linked to our CRM, so you can link and track real sales vs quotes and sales orders. Since the module is part of the full ERP solution, any sales information can be obtain per customer or inventory item.


C. Supplier development

The ERP provides the the tools needed to review and analyze the purchase history of any supplier orr inventory item. This information is directly linked to the actual sales and purchase history, so the informacion is always up to date for future forecasting and alaysis.

CRM

eKEPLER CRM allows you to keep track of your customers and prospects through a full customer and sales process tool. In it, you can record any action taken, track your customers needs and quotes, and control the documents sent, as well as appointments made though an scheduling tool.

Our CRM tool allows you a full overview of the sales process, from prospecting, quotes, sales orders, to invoicing and collectiokns. Since our CRM is fully linked to the rest of the ERP you can croos statistics such as actual inventory levels vs items being quoted, this will help you streamline the sales and purchase planning process inside the company.
